# SIC Intelligence — Public Risk Registry > A public-source registry for researching source-attributed records and relationships. This is the intelligence product at intelligence.sic-group.us, not the SIC Group corporate website. An official designation, a historical record, a relationship and an unverified match are different evidence classes. A name match or a graph edge does not establish identity, wrongdoing or legal status. Dates of page generation are not source-refresh dates. Check the authority, identifiers and date stated on each record and consult the original source before reliance. ## Registry and interpretation - [Registry](https://intelligence.sic-group.us/): Search public records and inspect their source and status labels. - [Relationship graph](https://intelligence.sic-group.us/graph): Explore source-attributed relationships; strong identifiers are preferable to names alone. - [Public directory](https://intelligence.sic-group.us/directory): Browse the existing public catalogue without guessing profile URLs. - [Sources, status labels and corrections](https://intelligence.sic-group.us/methodology): Evidence classes, interpretation limits and correction procedure. ## Corporate relationships GLEIF Level 2 records can connect legal entities through reported direct or ultimate accounting consolidation. LEIs identify legal entities; authority-qualified company registration numbers are separate identifiers. Consolidation is not proof of a shareholding percentage, natural-person beneficial ownership, sanctions exposure or misconduct. Fund management, historical relationships and candidate identity matches must remain separately labelled. Prefer a legal name and an exact identifier over a name-only match. Follow the direction, status, source and validity dates on each edge. Do not infer that all entities joined by a two-hop path own or control one another. Graph coverage is incomplete; absence of an edge is not evidence that a relationship does not exist. Relationship evidence is separate from endpoint references. A dated publication can support a particular reported link; an entity page or bulk-dataset download is not proof of that edge. OFAC linked-to references are associations, not automatically ownership or control. Historical URL redirects are checked against the intended entity and qualified registration identifiers; an upstream redirect is not sufficient evidence to merge identities. Additional official-register layers distinguish Companies House significant-control disclosures, Norwegian business-company roles and registry group hierarchies, and Taiwan company directors and represented corporate names. An auditor is not an owner. A represented corporate name is not a verified company identifier. Taiwan share counts have no inferred percentage; role-register update dates are not appointment periods. Only public business-role names enter weak name matching, and those records remain distinct. Source attribution and licence notices travel with each imported edge. Register coverage is anchored and incomplete, not a claim that every company or role is present. Existing dossiers can include a server-rendered table of direct relationships and discovery leads, with subjects, counterparts, available source links and source-supplied dates. Weak candidates remain visible and are marked unconfirmed; they do not merge identities. This is a bounded sample, not a complete network or an independent verification of the publisher's claim. Broad route discovery includes weak links by default; a source-attributed route filter is optional. Ranking scores are not calibrated probabilities. Non-overlapping dates indicate a historical route, not a simultaneous connection. Graph-only entities open in the graph explorer rather than generating new public dossiers. Parameterized graph views are not standalone indexable publications. ## Discovery and citation Existing dossiers can also show traceable two-step connections in ordinary HTML. Each step preserves its reported subject-to-counterpart direction, evidence class, dates and source link when supplied. Displayed counts describe the bounded sample, not all relationships or all possible paths. Future-dated source periods are not evidence of a current relationship. Unverified legacy date mappings do not establish overlapping periods. Graph-content modification dates are separate from source-effective dates. The server can checkpoint a bounded graph digest: an initial observation does not invent a modification date, and an unchanged repeat import does not refresh it. An absent checkpoint means the graph modification date is unknown. Sitemap inclusion and structured data do not guarantee search-engine indexing or ranking. - [Sitemap index](https://intelligence.sic-group.us/sitemap.xml): Discovery of existing indexable public pages; inclusion does not guarantee indexing or evidence quality. - [Reviewed records](https://intelligence.sic-group.us/sitemap/reviewed.xml): Small reviewed discovery set, not an inventory of the entire graph. Cite the canonical profile URL and original authority where available. Distinguish the source snapshot, source-effective date and retrieval date. Bulk archives and development-only imports are not automatically public profiles and do not become indexable merely by appearing in a graph. This file describes the product; it does not grant private-archive access or substitute for source licensing terms. ## Optional - [SIC Group contact](https://sic-group.us/contact): Request a scoped review. Do not send passwords, private keys or privileged documents through a public form.
